  • Experienced in the cryptocurrency industry
  • Experienced in trading and automated trading bots
  • Good internet connection
  • Fluent English
  • Prompt response time to the customers

  • Having account on crypto platforms (Binance, Kraken, etc.)


  • Engage with our customers/users across different community platforms
  • Answer the questions of users and escalate potential issues to the product team
  • Increase product awareness in different marketing channels by posting info about the product
  • React to customer support requests
